This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This private reference cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant, accept bond, arrange surrender, change a date, or provide legal advice.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the office that controls the record or court process. RCSO Civil and Warrants serves criminal warrants, but its official page states that warrant information cannot be given over the phone. Ask the agency for its current lawful procedure, and consider a Georgia lawyer before an in-person inquiry if custody is a concern.
- Sheriff procedure or agency record: Rockdale County Sheriff's Office, 911 Chambers Drive NW, Conyers, GA 30012; main 770-278-8000. The Records Unit's published in-person hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Use the official RCSO records-request process for a specific releasable document.
- Superior or State Court record: Rockdale County Clerk of Superior and State Courts, 922 Court Street, Conyers, GA 30012; 770-278-7900. The clerk maintains those trial-court records. A judge, not the clerk, decides judicial relief.
- Magistrate Court matter: Magistrate Court Clerk, 874 North Main Street NW, Conyers, GA 30012; 770-278-7800; magct@rockdalecountyga.gov. This court handles arrest and search-warrant applications, first appearance, bond, and its own bench warrants.
- Conyers city citation or municipal process: Conyers Court Services, 1184 Scott Street, Conyers, GA 30012; 770-929-4208; Court_Services@conyersga.gov. Verify the destination because related public-safety and bond materials also use 1194 Scott Street.
Georgia has no public statewide warrant-search portal. A traffic failure-to-appear issue may also require action with the issuing court and Georgia DDS, but DDS is not a warrant confirmation system.
